Surrendering only one goal in four matches, the North Shore United U14 Girls Blue captured the Super Group division at the Rockford Puma Cup College Showcase April 11-12.

NSU opened with two big victories, 4-0 over Prior Lake Storm from Minnesota and 3-0 over Three Lions United Yellow from Indiana. That clinched the group, despite a 1-0 loss to St. Croix Academy of Minnesota in the final group game.

In the championship match, NSU defeated FC-1 Academy Elite of Minnesota 2-0.

The NSU team is the defending Wisconsin state champion and also won the Premier II Division West of the Midwest Regional League last fall.
