Building toward – and achieving – that next level of success for players is a critical focus for the entire staff at NSU. Player development, education, exposure and communication are hallmarks of NSU’s approach to finding and providing  opportunities to its players.

NSU provides annual college coach panels and seminars on the recruiting process to educate both players and parents on how the NCAA operates, the differences between divisions and how to navigate the recruiting process.

Part of the recruiting process is exposure for players to be seen in top showcase tournaments and league play. NSU competes in showcases on the East Coast, West Coast, South Coast and our very own Midwest Region. Below you will find a growing list of over 150 schools who have been on the sidelines of showcases, league play and visiting us at our NSU training grounds. NSU continues to provide ample opportunities for exposure of our teams to over 35 states and guidance for the individual player to find the best fit to continue his or her playing career. We are proud to have over 150 players and counting graduate from NSU to continue competing in the college ranks!
