PARKING!

Please review the field maps below for parking information and field layouts. Please plan to arrive early, utilize player drop off and carpool when possible. There is no parking fee at any complex to promote best traffic flow at our event.

We designated no parking zones for player and family safety, to be good mindful of our neighboring homes and businesses as well as in compliance with city ordinance. You risk ticketing and towing if you park in no parking zones.

FIELD LOCATIONS

We are excited to announce all fields are within 10 minutes of each other! PWSB Soccer Park, Fusion Soccer Park and Zaun Soccer Park will host U11-15 teams and Rotary Park will be the sole site of our Academy games U8-10. All locations have parking and limited concessions. Athletic trainers will be available at Rotary, PWSB and Zaun venues.

Facility Information

  • There are NO DOGS or pets allowed at any field location over the tournament weekend.  Webster and PWSB, Fusion Soccer park, Zaun Park have a no-pet policy, though Rotary does not.  However, over the tournament weekend, regardless of park rules, no dogs or pets are allowed. This is per sanitary and risk management protocol. 
  • There are no parents/spectators allowed on the team sideline.  This is the referee, coach, team manager, and players domain.  At all times, spectators must stay outside the PWSB Turf field fence.
  • No warm up is allowed inside the 18 yard box, regardless of weather, to preserve the fields.  If the field condition is deteriorating, all warm ups are to be done off the field.
  • There are no benches, chairs, tents, or other items that can dig into the turf allowed on the PWSB Turf field.  The team benches are not to be moved from the turf field sideline for small-sided games.
  • There are garbage bins placed throughout all facilities – please use them!

REGISTRATION OPEN SOON!

  • Please register your team using the exact team name/label used for their respective League registration (helps us form brackets).
  • Please confirm coach email is correctly listed for the team(s) and limit 2 teams maximum for each coach. Our system will not allow games to be scheduled for coaches with more than 2 teams, so please use an assistant coach/manager email for an additional team.

Team Fees

Academy 8U** - $395 (includes parking/administrative fees)
Academy 9U/10U - $475 (includes parking/administrative fees)

11U/12U Select - $665 (includes parking/administrative fees)

13U-15U Select - $685 (includes parking/administrative fees)

** 8U is single team entry.  We will NOT play side by side games at the tournament. 

TEAM MANAGER - How to register individual teams:

Already have a TeamSnap account?

  • Use your existing TeamSnap email and password as you normally would to view your respective team.
  • You will scan a copy of your official team roster and then enter one parent email and player name. Each parent will receive a prompt to fill in the emergency contact information and E-Sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event.
  • Managers can also login to their respective account at a later date to input this information by visiting http://events.teamsnap.com and clicking on upcoming events and then your respective team.
  • If you have been instructed to pay now, choose credit card or cash/check option. If your club will send one check for total teams registered, select cash/check to pay later.

New to TeamSnap?

  • Create a TeamSnap user account by entering your email and creating a password.
  • You will scan a copy of your official team roster and then enter one parent email and player name. Each parent will receive a prompt to fill in the emergency contact information and E-Sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event.

CLUB TOURNAMENT REGISTRAR – How to register multiple teams:

Do you have club teams with existing TeamSnap accounts?

  • Instruct managers to use existing TeamSnap email and password as they normally would to view your respective team.
  • Follow instructions above for individual team registration.
  • Instruct your managers to pay immediately with via credit card or to select cash/check to pay later. Clubs have the option to send one check for total teams registered.
  • Request via email to the Tournament Director to verify teams entered – tournament@northshoreunited.org

Club Tournament Registrar responsible for registering all teams?

  • Use the club email or a chosen general email and create a GENERIC password that is easily entered by managers later so they can enter parent emails and player name so that all each family receives the prompt to sign the medical waiver. At the time of registration, you must scan a copy of the official team roster of each team.
  • Choose to pay immediately via credit card or select cash/check to pay later. Clubs have the option to send one check for total teams registered.
  • Request via email to the Tournament Director to verify teams entered – tournament@northshoreunited.org
  • Managers use designated email and generic password distributed by the Club Tournament Registrar to login by visiting http://events.teamsnap.com and clicking on upcoming events and then your respective team.
  • Managers enter roster member parent email and player name for each respective team at their leisure. The Club Tournament Registrar can also enter each roster member if they choose.
  • The Club Tournament Registrar can login at any time using the email and generic password to monitor status of each team.

For Parents:

You will receive an emailed invite to play in the tournament as pictured below.  Please follow the steps to add your player to the roster.
