With a dominating 4-0 rout of Bavarians on Saturday, the NSU Majors team advanced to the championship game of the WSL First Division Playoffs.

NSU, the No. 2 seed, meets No. 5 Azteca United at 5 p.m. Saturday at MSOE’s Viets Field. North Shore defeated Azteca 7-0 back on April 13.

Dennis Orellana scored two goals against Bavarians, while Adam Brown and Spencer Bursten added one each. Former Marquette University goalkeeper David Check posted the shutout.
