The Tournament Committee is looking for help in several different areas to ensure our NSU Fall Classic Tournament weekend runs smoothly. If you are able to help out, please email triciah@northshoreunited.org. Detailed descriptions of the jobs available are below.

Vendor Coordinator-Advanced Prep-  We are looking for person to facilitate communications to all vendors for the tournament.  All communication is done via email and phone calls.  This person will coordinate a schedule for all vendors and confirm plans.  During the weekend of the tournament, this person will meet the vendors at the site and make sure they arrive on time and set up in the appropriate spaces.  We estimate about 5 hours of time prior to the event and maybe 2 hours of coordinating during the weekend.

Vendor Liaison-Tournament Weekend- We are looking for 1 person to work with the vendors during the weekend of the tournament.   This person will communicate with the Vendor Coordinator to insure they understand what vendors we have at each site and be available to answer questions the vendors may have.  They will also be responsible for insuring that the vendors are following our guidelines and staying on site for the entire day.  We anticipate 3 hours each day of the tournament.

Marketing Manager/Ad Sales- We are looking for 2 people to coordinate a restaurant guide for the tournament.  The Director has a concept in place and we need 2 people to run with the idea and present/sell it to local area restaurants.  Responsibilities would include reaching out to restaurants via phone calls and in person visits, coordinate ad copy and proofing with the printer.

Field Marshal Coordinator- We are looking for 4 people to step up and help coordinate the field marshals throughout the tournament.  We are looking for a 5 hour commitment on Saturday and Sunday of the tournament & maybe a 1 hour shift on Friday.  You will also need to be available for a planning session to be scheduled some time prior to the event.  The field marshal manager will have the systems defined and these coordinators will help insure that the systems created are followed and communicated to the filed marshals.
