Nick Martinez

A Menomonee Falls native, Nick made his coaching name with the Menomonee Falls Soccer Club. After five years of helping develop the Menomonee Falls Soccer Club, Nick joined the FC Milwaukee Nationals’ Coaching Staff. Under the guidance of Peter Knezic in his first year, they took a team to win the Wisconsin State Championship, competed at Region II Championships, and the prestigious Dallas Cup.  After four years at FC Milwaukee and obtaining his National “C” License, Nick signed with North Shore United for another four years.  There, he obtained his USSF “B” license and coached a variety of teams including youth Midwest Regional Teams teams and Men’s Majors WSL team.  He continued on to the Croatian Eagles where he held the Director of Coaching position for two years, along with coaching two youth teams and one High School Midwest Regional team.

Nick brings an enthusiasm for teaching and a history of playing. Nick was Captain of the Menomonee Falls HS team for 3 years and played club soccer with Bavarian Soccer Club. He loves coaching the game and teaching the kids the life lessons inherent in the game. “Aside from coaching them be smarter, stronger soccer players, I feel it is just as important to help them understand that a lot of the things they learn playing this game prepare them for everyday life now and in the future. “
