Rhesia is from Accrington, England, and as an avid Manchester United supporter, was proud to have played for Manchester United through her U11-U16 years before joining Burnley Football Club Women's team. She came  to the U.S on a soccer scholarship at Cardinal Stritch University in 2007.

Rhesia returned home after graduation and worked at an alternative high school teaching BTEC Sport before moving back to the U.S in 2014. Gaining experience coaching boys and girls for local community clubs, Rhesia joined NSU in 2022, taking the lead as Grassroots Director for programming designed for our Mini Micros and coaches teams up to Academy U8 players.

Outside of soccer, Rhesia works at Milestones Programs for Children, specializing with toddlers.
