This program is for all players who are looking to boost their speed and agility in the game.  The soccer specific exercises used in this camp are designed to give players a quicker first few steps and faster overall speed on the field.  All activities will make use of the soccer ball, which ensures that the body movements are all ones used in the game.  This is a unique opportunity to learn from coaches who know what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Future Stars camp is designed to introduce children to soccer through play in a fun environment.  Needs of the children are central to all activities.  This camp is a great way to introduce young children to soccer in a short camp format with enjoyable games.  This program involves soccer based activities, promotes motor skill development, aids group interaction and is an excellent form of exercise.  The emphasis is on FUN! FUN! FUN!

This camp is aimed to fine tune player's skills before they start their Fall seasons.  A variety of speed and agility drills along with technical skills will be the focus.  This camp will ensure the players are showing up to their Fall season physically fit and technically sharp.  Space is limited so sign up today to guarantee your spot!

The goalkeeper speed agility and fitness camp will work on explosiveness in and around the goalmouth and penalty box for goalkeepers leading up to the fall season.  Fast feet, hand to eye coordination, decision making, and dynamic shot stopping will be the themes of this camp.   This is a great program for any goalkeeper looking to be at their best leading into the fall season.
